- Orders outside Kuching will ship by bus if the purchased item is in "large" size. Customer can check the tracking number at My account -> My Orders once we shipped out the item. Customer will need to pick up the item at bus station on next day (If service is available).

- Orders within Kuching are advised to pick up at our company. Delivery service can be arrange(with charge) if customer unable to do pickup.
